Application
This product is suitable for dehydration of metal and non-metal solid and liquid products.
Technical Features
1. The fan-shaped filter plate is made of high-strength engineering plastics, with evenly distributed dewatering holes and a service life increased by 2-3 times;
2. The filtrate tube has a large area and a large distribution area in the abdominal cavity, which improves the aspiration rate and filtrate discharge effect;
3. The filter bag is made of nylon monofilament or double-layer multifilament, which improves the filter cake removal rate and is not easy to block, extending the service life;
4. This machine adopts multi-point centralized automatic lubrication;
5. The automatic cleaning device of the filter surface maintains good dehydration effect;
6. Infinitely variable speed mixing device, the shaft end is sealed with rubber, graphite packing and water pressure difference three-stage seal to ensure no leakage of slurry;
7. The main drive adopts infinitely variable speed, which is adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the material in order to achieve the ideal working effect.
