Application
Removing iron pollutants from powdery or fine-grained materials.It is used for the purification of non-metallic minerals such as refractory materials, glass, ceramics, abrasive abrasives, etc.Chemical, grain, and non-magnetic metal ore impurity removal, as well as dry pre-selection of hematite and limonite.
Technical Characteristics
◆ Equipped with a vibrating feeder for uniform feeding.
◆ The unique design for magnetic circuit and the magnetic source is made upfrom the NdFeB with high performance.The magnetic permeability depth is large and the suction is strong.
◆ A new type of compensated magnetic pole type magnetic system, resulting in higher magnetic field strength and greater gradient.
◆ Multi pole magnetic system increases the number of rolling times of magnetic material passing through the surface of drum, resulting in better sorting effect.
◆ The overall unit is maintenance free and safe to use.
◆ Removing the iron impurities from the dry powder material continuously and automatically.
◆ It can be made into two or multiple drums.
◆ There are various magnetic field strengths to choose from (1000-7000Gs).
