Near-infrared Hyperspectral Intelligent Sensor Based Sorter
Application
It is widely used for precious metals such as gold, silver and platinum group metals; non-ferrous metals such as molybdenum, copper, zinc, nickel, tungsten, lead-zinc and rare earth; dry pre-separation of non-metallic minerals such as feldspar, quartz, calcium carbonate and talc.
Installation Location
After coarse crushing and before the mill, it is used for pre-separation of large lumps with a size range of 15-300mm, discarding waste rocks, and improving ore grade. It can completely replace the manual picking in the beneficiation plant.
Technical Features
■ Core components imported from Germany, mature and advanced.
 ■ Through the NIR spectrum, the computer accurately analyzes the elements and content of each piece of ore.
 ■ Sorting parameters can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of the sorting index, with high sensitivity.
 ■ Centralized control of equipment, high degree of automatic operation.
 ■ The material conveying speed can reach 3.5m/s, and the processing capacity is large.
 ■ Equipped with uniform material distribution device.
 ■ Very low energy consumption, small floor space and easy installation.
