Work Principle
The crushed ore is evenly distributed on the belt conveyor through the vibrating distributor. With the action of the high-speed belt, the ore is distributed on the surface of belt in a single layer. The middle part of the belt is equipped with an X-ray source imaging analysis system ,it can detect and analyze the content of the desired elements one by one when the ore passes by. After the signal is transmitted to the computer, the unqualified ore that needs to be discarded is calculated at high speed, and the instruction is sent to the mechanical separation system installed at the tail of the belt conveyor. When the unqualified ore passes, it is thrown into the waste collection box under the effect of external force, and the qualified ore naturally falls into the product collection box.

Material separation installation
The separation of products and waste rock finished by the material separation installation. According to the different particle size of the separated materials, the material separation executive device can adopt the air jet nozzle type or the pneumatic push plate type, The high sensitivity of the separation installation can ensure the high precision separation of materials at the belt speed of 3.5m/s.
