HTDZ electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator is the latest magnetic separation product developed by our company. The background magnetic field reaches 1.5T and the magnetic field gradient is large. A variety of special magnetic conductive stainless steel media can be selected according to different materials. It is mainly used for non-metallic minerals: Such as the purification and impurity removal of minerals such as quartz, feldspar, kaolin, ceramic clay, gold tailings, etc., the products have been serialized, and the maximum diameter of the separation chamber has reached 2 meters. The product adopts PLC programming automatic control, reliable operation, simple and convenient operation.

Working principle

When the equipment is working, the excitation coil is energized to generate a magnetic field, and the separation chamber is equipped with a special material for the separation medium (steel wool, steel mesh, corrugated sheet, etc.), through the magnetic field induction, a high gradient magnetic field is generated on the surface of the separation medium. When flowing through the magnetic conductive medium in the sorting area, the ferromagnetic impurities will be effectively adsorbed. When unloading, the excitation coil is powered off, and the induced magnetic field generated by the medium disappears. By washing the magnetic medium with a combination of positive and reverse flushing water and high-pressure gas, the magnetic minerals adsorbed on the medium can be effectively cleaned.

The coil adopts oil cooling technology

The coil adopts oil cooling technology, heat exchange is carried out through the oil-water heat exchanger, and a large-flow disc transformer oil pump is used. The cooling oil circulation speed is fast, the heat exchange capacity is strong, and the coil temperature rise is low, which ensures the stability of the background magnetic field strength.

Using large cavity armored magnet technology

Use iron armor to wrap the hollow coil, design a reasonable electromagnetic magnetic circuit structure, reduce the saturation degree of the iron armor, reduce the magnetic leakage, and form a high background magnetic field in the sorting cavity. Using computer simulation technology to carry out finite element analysis of the magnet, the distribution and size of the magnetic field can be quantitatively calculated, which ensures the rationality of the magnetic circuit.

High heat dissipation efficiency

The excitation coil adopts a multi-layer winding structure and is immersed in transformer oil. There is a relatively independent cooling oil channel between each layer of the coil, which doubles the heat exchange area of the coil and has a good heat dissipation effect.

The coil of the equipment adopts the manufacturing process of large-scale transformer coil, and the coil uses a heat exchanger for heat exchange during operation, without direct water cooling. The coil operates in a closed circulation system, which has no impact on the external environment, does not produce waste water, waste gas, and does not pollute the surrounding environment, meeting the requirements of green development of modern mines.

The cooling water required by the equipment has low water quality requirements, and can use the precipitation water after mineral processing, without the need for a separate cooling water system, which reduces costs for enterprises, saves water resources for the society, and solves the problem of recycling water resources in modern mines.

Safe and reliable, easy maintenance

The coil of the equipment adopts oil cooling method, and is equipped with water flow indication alarm, oil flow indication alarm, oil temperature sensor and other real-time monitoring coil operation status to ensure long-term reliable operation of the coil. According to the water quality, when the whole beneficiation process is shut down for maintenance, just clean the water flow pipes inside the cooler.

Internet of things remote monitoring technology

It can be matched with the Internet of Things technology according to customer needs, and other equipment such as slurry magnetic separators and vertical ring high gradient magnetic separators used in the field can use sensors to transmit the information and operating parameters of the equipment on-site through the Internet for real-time data transmission. The centralized monitoring and control are carried out in the remote central monitoring room, which constitutes the DCS distributed control system of the remote equipment. Through the Internet of Things technology, the operating parameters of the equipment can be dynamically displayed in real time, which is convenient for the company’s technical personnel to analyze the data and communicate with the scene in time, so that the equipment always runs in the optimal working state. Material screening:

The electromagnetic slurry high gradient magnetic separator is equipped with 3# and 4# diamond-shaped media meshes. In order to prevent large particles from blocking the material passage, a 60-mesh trommel screen is used to screen out the large particles mixed in the material, so that the material can pass through. There are no large particles remaining in the rhombus-shaped medium, which ensures the passage of the pulp.

Magnetic separation operating conditions:

The magnetic iron and some weak magnetic iron mixed in the saw mud slurry are removed by the permanent magnetic drum magnetic separator and the vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator, and the magnetic separation pressure of the subsequent electromagnetic slurry magnetic separator is reduced. .

Magnetic separation results

The production results show that as a high-gradient magnetic separator for electromagnetic slurry as a strong magnetic separation equipment, it has great advantages in improving the whiteness value of non-metallic minerals and reducing the iron content. Through two passes of high gradient magnetic separation of electromagnetic slurry, the whiteness value of saw slime concentrate is stable between 52% and 55%, and the beneficiation index is stable. After magnetic separation, sawdust concentrate can be used as ceramic raw material, which not only reduces tailings discharge and land occupation, but also brings considerable economic benefits to mining enterprises.
