The LHGC-5000 vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator developed by Shandong Huate Magnet Technology Co., Ltd. is the magnetic separation equipment with the largest diameter (5 meters) of ring in the world.
The product is 10 meters high, the core ring component is 5 meters in diameter, the total weight is nearly 500 tons, the background field strength is 1.8T (Tesla), and the ore processing capacity is nearly 1,000 tons per hour, which is twice the processing capacity of “4-meter diameter vertical ring magnetic separator” and 6 times that of “3-meter diameter vertical ring magnetic separator”, and the average energy consumption per ton of ore can be saved by more than 50%.
