On March 17th, Shandong Jinxitai Group and Huate Magnet Technology Co.,ltd. reached a cooperation agreement, and the two sides held a cooperation signing ceremony on the world's first photovoltaic sand project with an annual output of 5 million tons. National key talents, foreign academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Chairman and President of Huate Magnetoelectronics Wang Zhaolian, Vice President Dr. Wang Qian, President of Huate Mineral Processing Design Institute Li Xingwen, and head of Jinjian Design Institute attended the event.
At the signing ceremony, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the cooperation details of the photovoltaic sand project. Chairman Jinjinshan said that Jinxitai will fully mobilize advantageous resources in terms of capital, management, technology, talent, and other aspects to cooperate and closely coordinate with Huate Magneto. It is hoped that both parties will take this signing as an opportunity to fully promote the early completion, early production, and early effectiveness of the project, contributing to the high-quality economic and social development of Lanling and even the city.

Guohua Jintai Photovoltaic Sand Project is located in Lanling Photovoltaic Technology Industrial Park, with a total investment of about 2 billion yuan. After full production, it can produce 5 million tons of photovoltaic high purity silicon based new materials annually. This signing is a new starting point for deepening exchanges and cooperation between the two sides. In the future, the two sides will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in areas such as photovoltaic resource development and the implementation of the "dual carbon" goal, create a sound, intensive and efficient photovoltaic entire industry chain, fully promote new breakthroughs in the construction of smart mines and green mines, and contribute to the realization of the "dual carbon" goal.
