Applications

1. Example of a magnetite application in Sichuan

Sichuan magnet mine fine particles, micro-deposited iron ore, the actual production process is a piece of grinding fineness -200 mesh 65%, weak magnetic selection 1500GS coarse selection – 1200GS selection, iron concentrate TFE is 61.24%, and it is only available for more than 1200GS, and the concentrate grade can only be increased to 63.16%, and the recovery of iron is greatly reduced.

Customers require this equipment to be selected for the selected iron coarse concentrate, and investigate the milling of the mill to achieve more than 66% of concentrate quality requirements.

In the test, the concentrate magnetic separator 1200GS was used in TFE grades. The resulting concentrate TFE was 61.83%, and the TFE product was 63.45% in the obtained concentrate.2.55% from 66%.
